1. Acceptance of Terms

LaunchApp provides a platform for building and deploying software applications, including but not limited to:

• Web application hosting and deployment
• Database management and storage
• Authentication and user management
• Billing and subscription management
• API access and integrations
• Analytics and monitoring tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights in the content and data you upload or create using the Services ("Your Content"). By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

Feedback: If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Services, we may use them without any obligation to you.

6. Payment Terms

Some features of the Services require payment. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees specified for that plan. All fees are:

• Non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy
• Charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your subscription
• Subject to change with 30 days' prior notice

If you fail to pay fees when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAUNCHAPP AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account or data

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LaunchApp and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Your negligent or wrongful conduct

9. Termination

Your Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Our Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and data within 90 days of termination
• No refunds will be provided unless required by law

For users in the European Union, you may also file complaints with the relevant dispute resolution body or your local consumer protection authority.

16. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and LaunchApp.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
